For ongoing hosting, maintenance and small improvements after launch, we offer an optional monthly retainer, but it is never required to work with us.
Yes. We wire up iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay through established Dutch and international payment providers. We also handle BTW (VAT) configuration, invoicing and the EU OSS scheme where relevant.
Yes. Standard migrations cover products, categories, customers, order history, SEO redirects and content. We map URLs one-to-one so existing Google rankings are preserved, and run a staging environment so nothing breaks at launch.
Shopify with a customised theme: 2-3 weeks. Custom WooCommerce: 4-6 weeks. Headless commerce with custom storefront: 6-10 weeks. Migration projects depend on data volume but typically ship within 4-8 weeks.
Yes, both WooCommerce and Shopify ship with full admin dashboards, so you can add products, edit copy and run promotions yourself. That said, most clients prefer our monthly retainer, where we handle product uploads, content updates and small improvements for you, so the shop keeps moving without anyone on your side having to learn another tool.
Yes. We host on managed, enterprise-grade infrastructure with daily backups, security monitoring and free SSL, or on Shopify where hosting is built in. Optional retainers cover updates, performance tuning and small feature work.
