Terms & Conditions

Last updated: May 2026

These terms apply to working with Altevo (Churchillweg 337, 6708 HA Wageningen, Netherlands, KvK 96670266). By commissioning work, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and pricing

All work is done at a fixed price based on a written quote. The scope described in the quote defines what is included. Work outside that scope will be discussed and quoted separately before proceeding.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed per project before work begins. Depending on the project, payment may be due upfront, on delivery, or split (for example 50/50 at start and on delivery). The arrangement is always confirmed in writing before the project starts.

Late payment may result in paused work until the outstanding amount is settled.

Project delivery

We agree a delivery date at the start of the project. Timelines depend on timely input from the client, including content, feedback, and approvals. Delays on the client side may affect the delivery date.

We will communicate proactively if anything affects the timeline on our end.

Revisions and scope

The agreed number of revision rounds is defined in the quote. Changes that go beyond the agreed scope, or that alter the direction of the project, may affect the price and timeline.

We will always discuss this before proceeding with out-of-scope work.

Intellectual property

Upon receipt of full payment, all delivered work transfers to the client. Altevo retains the right to display the work in its portfolio and case studies, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Third-party assets, fonts, or plugins used in the project remain subject to their own licenses.

Liability

Altevo is not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or consequential losses arising from the delivered work. Our total liability is limited to the fee paid for the specific project concerned.

This section is provided for transparency and is intended as a starting point. We recommend having these terms reviewed by a qualified legal professional.

Hosting and third parties

Websites we build may rely on third-party services such as Vercel, Cloud86, or other hosting providers. These services have their own terms and uptime commitments, which are outside our direct control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
